"I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly."

"Highly recommend. Bath house/onsen was wonderful and accommodating when weather was bad or good. Beautiful spacious rooms with tatami, especially ocean view ones are worth the extra cost.
