"A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly. The receptionist gave us an unwelcome look, making us feel like we didn’t belong, despite paying for the best room. The resort...

"Surrounded by hills wonderful sunrise and sunset view. Good food with friendly staff. Silent place away from city swimming pool was also clean."

"Super nice peaceful hidden resorts. Very warm and friendly family serve us perfect arrangement. Antique main lodge, but fully decorated with clean. View…Of course super. We were so happy to stay there and will be back "

"The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here."

"Great hotel, with awesome staff. Very good service. Dining was excellent, and food choices and quality was outstanding. Met all of our expectations. Great views, best place to stay in Pokhara."

"This unique small hotel offers a beautiful view of the lake. One can sit in the top floor restaurant enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food while gazing at the peaceful view of hills embracing the tranquil lake. The owner is a very talented wood carver. All the furnishings in the guest rooms are beautifully carved. Even the hangers! A truly unique experience!"

"とてもステキな宿で全てが最高でした。日本語もとても上手だし食事もおいしい。まさか日本食を食べれると思ってなく優しさが伝わりました。ダルバートももちろんおいしかった。 またぜひ行きたいと思います。"

"ツアー客も泊まるような大きなホテルで、街の真ん中にあるので、とても便利。スタッフもとても良い。レストランがイマイチなのが少し残念。"

"It was good"

"Lovely hotel, close to the airport, and not far from the city centre. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean rooms, with great views. Good food in the rooftop restaurant, and nice a breakfast!"
