"Highly recommend you use their Spa when there, it's just intimate enough to have 1hr or relaxation.
Just a few things of feedback: the doors are all very heavy, but most important as a female, really bad lighting in the bathroom and room in general so really hard to put make-up on.
Also having conditioner for your hair would be great (there's only bodywash & shampoo) and also body lotion would be a big plus. A small magnifier mirror on the wall in the bathroom would also be helpful, especially...

"Personeel was slecht opgeleid.
Ligging van het hotel was aan een bedrijventerrein. Schuin tegenover een milieupark. Parkeerterrein was op een afgelegen terrein op 400 meter afstand.
Als je bij het hotel wilde (VIP)parkeren kost het €10,00 per nacht."

"Het in-en uitchecken gebeurt met een persoon op afstand. Deze persoon was niet behulpzaam, erg kortaf, laat je niet welkom voelen. Tijdens het verblijf alleen de aardige dames van het ontbijt gezien, verder geen medewerkers gezien. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Superior kamer heeft 2 stortdouches, de kamer is groot, de airco deed het goed, dat was ook nodig in de enorme hitte. De mail die ontvangen werd om uit te checken was in het engels geen mogelijkheid om nederlands te kiezen. Het hotel ligt goed...

"It was easy to check in, nice and clean, comfortable beds, and we had a great patio to sit on. Breakfast was great too and we were able to park the car in thegarsge for a resonable fee. Absolutely no compaints from us at all and we will be back again in the future. Thank you team Mondragon!"

"Alles was heel goed: vriendelijke ontvangst en personeel, propere frisse kamer, prima ontbijt, mooie ontbijtruimte, rustig gelegen, parking aan het hotel.
Het enige wat je moet weten als je wil boeken, is dat de kamer vrij klein is, met een piepkleine douche/WC en een wastafel die in de kamer zelf staat, niet in de douche."
