"Our stay at Sentral was overall good- the room was generously sized and we enjoyed having a fridge. The location was good and we felt safe. We did note that the overall vibe of the hotel was not super ‘vacationy’ as most of the people in the building are permanent residents and are not on vacation. The thermostat was set on some sort of schedule; we would set it at 68 degrees and when we woke up, it would be back to 74 degrees. This was uncomfortably hot and humid."

"It was clean, the staff was nice for the most part, my biggest complaint would be there isn’t a single posted sign anywhere saying there’s a deposit and when we got there already paying almost $400 for our room for a couple nights they charged us $100/night which brought our total way higher than we expected.
