All the attributes desired in a hotel of this nature. Room is quiet, clean, and well appointmented. Breakfast is simple, ample and with some variety. Wish that they still provided free longer-term parking.

Fridge didn’t work so had to get a replacement brought in. Completely empty soap container in shower- realized once I was all wet. Only dribbles left in soap container by sink. Not good.

Front desk lady was very helpful when Air Canada did not load our bags on our flight. She offered to have the hotel shuttle pick up the luggage which was coming in on next flight.

I book online a king room and was giving a queen with to beds I had to use the washer and I noticed that it was not the right room when I went downstairs to the lobby to explain it to the lady. She asked me if I had touched or did anything in the room and I said use the bathroom she told me that that I would have to stay in that but there’s nothing she could do. ( I showed her my book and it was not what I had booked, so I’m very dissatisfied with that) Well lit up at night. Easy parking lot. Clean all around. ( inside and out ) Breakfast was awesome good food.

Rooms near elevator are about the worst you can get. If sleep is a priority make sure you aren't near them. Being an airport hotel there are people banging suitcases and kids having meltdowns all night.
