"Very good option for younger kids - older style facility and the rooms are a little outdated, however overall I'd return as the pool facility is pretty fantastic. Room size and equipment is good."
"We visit annually last year we were put in the North tower wasn't happy at all with the apartment worn out missing items or not working....grateful for the upgrade spacious with ocean views Thank You.
Requested single beds they were extremely uncomfortable too firm, only one blanket in the apartment, oven not working it never got fixed during our 10x day stay....
I would still book here Excellent amenities Thank You."
"Pool facilities are the biggest selling point for this hotel and our stay highlight! Great for the kids
Rooms are a little tired and could use a decent deep clean
Friendly and helpful Staff at reception. They were however always under the pump! Only one person on the desk whenever we were in there with at least 3-5 people waiting to be helped. Never when we tried to call down could we get through to reception we had to go down and line up to speak with staff"
