"Great location, staff helpful and beautiful room"

"The not so good: Very dated. Mattresses too soft. Wardrobes and cabinetry was old, broken and water damaged. No emergency exit info on the back of the door. The room smelt like stale smoke. Balconies quite close together so didn't feel safe leaving sliding door open overnight. The Good: Staff were lovely and friendly. About few minutes walk to Main Beach and walking distance to Surfers Paradise. You can open the sliding door and allow fresh air from outside into the room. Bathroom and shower facilities were good."
