"Staff incredible. Got stuck in elevator. The next day only 1 out of 3 were even functioning. Indoor pool GREEN. Weedy outside. Very soft beds for sleeping. Great breakfast buffet, but pricey. Yummy dinner options! Again, no better staff around, just please, please fix your elevators!!! ."

"Had a lovely four -night stay at the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center. The front desk was wonderful and obviously trained in attentive customer service. The room with two queen sized beds was very clean ,up to date ,and decorated in what I would call a colonial style. "This is the second time I've stayed here in two weeks, and this is my second review. Not much has changed. I think for $115, this is a great place, but that was through Expedia. I wouldn't pay the full rack rate. It's a great throwback to the old two story motels where every door opens to the outside. "The maid walked in my room at 1030 am and started yelling at me to check out its not even 11 she saw me outside of the door smoking and was very rude"

"Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property."
