We really liked the excellent position, wide ocean views with wonderful cafes and restaurants located away from the Bust Surfer's Paradise district. The building works on the block next door woke us up 7am on a Saturday morning which was a nuisance, but were interesting to watch from our balcony. The lounge was the most comfortable anyone in our family had ever sat in!

Main beach is just actoss the road, Surfers Paradise is just 2.3kms away, Tedder Avenue is just blocks away. The view from the high floor is amazing, property is clean, old building but well maintained, well secured and good WiFi. Highly recommended and we are definitely coming back.

Great location 5 minutes from Seaworld and 2 minutes to the beach. TV was exceptional, but difficult to operate. Swimming pool clean and well lit in the evening. Carpet tacks sticking out near the bedroom sliding door. Watch out for small step to the laundry which caused some stubbed toes.

I liked the location, the apartment is older style and I would definitely not list it as luxury apartment!!! The lady at the reception was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She liked using the “whatever “ terminology quite a lot! Any time you asked her something , her response would be very short and unfriendly! Once the car park door was stuck , as I was unable to open it with the key that was provided by her & when I called her to advise her , it seemed all too much . Overall it’s not a bad place , it will definitely be better if the service changes & the lady at reception treat clients with respect and professionalism!
