"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."

"The room was very spacious and appeared clean. However, when we pulled back the bed covers, the sheets were grossly soiled and obviously had not been changed. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned and offered us a clean set of sheets to change ourselves, but made no apology or offer to change rooms. Customer service training seemed to be lacking for the front desk staff. Breakfast had the standard options."

"This hotel is a hidden GEM! The staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. The front desk staff was always welcoming. We never heard loud, obnoxious chatter, even when no guests were in sight. Every area of the hotel was super clean, and the aesthetic was pleasingly modern.
