The best location we ever had.

The location is the best we ever had. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotelrooms are good but need some attention. The restaurant serves a good buffet during breakfast and diner. Overall a very good location to stay.

Gem of a hotel in great natural setting

Great hotel in an amazing setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms with great views of the Golden Gate national park. We stayed 1 night, should have stayed more.

Good sleepover on our way to Clare's.

Even though a bit pricey, old and in need of some tlc, the accommodation was clean, everything worked and we had a lovely stay.The area is breathtaking, the staff friendly and the service good.

The surroundings are beautiful. The chalet is old, but ok. The food for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is terrible. Cold meat and pasta and vergetables at the buffet. The lounge snacks are better, but not open after 18:00

The place was not fully up to standard and felt outdated in the chalets and the staff even though they were very friendly, the service for the breakfast took very long and the continental breakfast was not up to standard however the view was absolutely breathtaking

Good

The most beautiful and stunning mountain view and surroundings. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.Water was seeping through the bathroom floor resulting in the bathroom being flooded.There was no hot water in the bathroom, so we had to boil water in order to wash.There was an unbearable noise coming from the roof, the fan extractor in the bathroom couple with the noise from the generator right in front of the room.The hotel and the room in particular requires urgent maintenance.
