"Wheelchair accessible room we stayed in had two queen beds but the one bed was too close to the window to fit my 24” wide wheelchair. Then the two beds were set so close together that again, my wheelchair couldn’t fit between.
So I could only choose on side of one bed. Why not add a single bed so the wheelchair user can access any side of the bed. Would also provide more general floor space."

"The hotel is great — excellent location near the airport, clean rooms, and good amenities.
Front desk staff were eager to help but came across a bit strong, interrupting me several times. She strongly pushed valet parking (which is free), but I wasn’t comfortable handing over my fully loaded truck and would have preferred to self-park. The valet area is small, and they parked my truck directly in front of a steel post with no warning.
Check-in was also frustrating, with multiple failed attempts...

"I booked 3 balcony rooms. Only 1 had a true balcony. The other 2 rooms had a balcony sized window with a concrete ledge approximately 1 foot wide. You couldn't even go out onto it. I would NOT consider this a balcony and should not have been charged extra for these rooms. Other than that the rooms were clean, well provisioned and the beds were comfortable. Don't waste your money paying for a balcony room."
