"Older property that has been upgraded. Comfortable room. The floor could have been cleaner. The fridge kept stuff cold, which is not always the case in hotel fridges. For a couple of nights in town for work it was a fine place to stay."

The rooms were not cleaned well and multiple locks were broken. Two of the families who were staying with us had to move rooms multiple because of locks being broken, mattresses dirty/stained (almost looked like it was in a flood) yellow stain on the bottom of the mattress that extended upward. "We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations."

"They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded."
