"Wonderful stay for our 30th wedding anniversary. All The staff were great, always met you with a smile and eager to help with whatever you needed. I requested a room change to one that was closer to the central/ pool area and they were able to accommodate that by the next morning. They also were very helpful getting us a reservation on the terrace of La Trattoria ( for our anniversary) even though we asked only the day before. Spent 8 nights. All aspects of this stay were definitely 5 star. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay"

"The location is straight on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. There is a shop inside of the building too. "

"It was our fourth or fifth time at the resort over the last twenty years. An ideal place to stay if you're looking for some sun, peace & quiet (excepting the planes coming in to land at Tenerife South, but at least it's not directly under the flight path like some). Reception staff are always helpful and any issues are dealt with quickly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, certainly a step up on our early stays. Happy to go back again in the next year or two."

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!"
