"We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon."

"This is not a good hotel. I would not stay here again. I was fooled thinking it was redone in 2022. The exterior clearly needs maintenance, and the interior is quite dirty. The lobby and hallways need serious cleaning, and the hallway carpet was especially filthy. The lobby is your first impression of a hotel, and even that was very dirty. Surprisingly, the room itself was okay, but the bathroom towels did not seem clean, and the bed sheets also showed dirty spots and stains. The shower still...

"The breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and great accessible parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day."

"This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. It’s about two blocks from the beach. Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast is entered daily and in line with other hotel’s complementary offerings. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Highly recommend."

"The day I arrived and got to my room, I found the shower faucet was not working properly later. I turned, I pulled and twisted to the best of my ability and no water would come out. I reported it to the front desk. The next day I called and talked to Andre, the manager and he rudely said it was working fine and he would show me how to use it. "It was horrible I checked in at 4pm . It looked nothing like it did online the room smells. The pool was tiny , the view was not ocean view it was parking lot view. It was absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk at 6pm and checked out. The manager was called by the new employee that just started. She wanted to talk to me on the phone. As that is not how you conduct business. She advised I cannot be refunded. The hotel was disgusting. Also 2 young ladies were sitting in the lobby...

"Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...
