"Das Hotel ist komplett neu und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Einzige, was in unserem Zimmer gefehlt hat, war ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Dieser wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung und würde den Komfort noch weiter erhöhen. Da wir kühlpflichtige Medikamente dabeihatten, hat sich das Rezeptionsteam jedoch sofort darum gekümmert und unsere Medikamente im Kühlschrank gelagert, dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert...

"The property was clean and centrally located. Check-in was friendly and efficient - the public transportation ticket was terrific. Our room was a nice size and clean. Unfortunately, the AC was not working and the shower water didn't drain well. The bar/restaurant was closed - often are on Sundays....just wish that detail was listed on Expedia. There was no-one at the front desk when checking out in the morning....although a phone number was left to call, if needed. Fortunately, we paid the local...

"An sich ein guter Aufenthalt, nur bei Anreise sehr wenig infos bekommen bzw garkeine: Karte hingelegt und gesagt wo das Zimmer ist, (keine weiteren Infos zum Hotel oder sonstigem) ich kenne das anders. In unseren Zimmer hat alles gepasst! Nur die Dusche lief nicht sehr geschmeidig ab..evtl mal das nochmal kontrollieren bei Gelegenheit. Ansonsten alles fein :)"

"Erst mal nicht ganz problemlos im überfüllten Lokal Rezeption bzw zuständige Person zu finden, Zugang/ Eingang durch Gänge und viele Türen, man muss sich erst mal zurechtfinden. Zimmer spannend mit Badezuber mitten im Raum, die nicht abgetrennte Toilette muss man mögen. Viele gute Ideen, meist nicht zu Ende gedacht. Manches wirkt planlos, angesicht der massiven Eigenwerbung und Selbstdarstellung würde ich mehr erwarten."

"Quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel located very close to the suspension rail station, and walking distance to the opera house, the Engels museum and the brauhaus. Other than breakfast and a well-stocked snack and beer dispenser, you will need to go out for food and drink. But the staff are happy to recommend local bars and restaurants."

"Clean, spacious room with mini fridge. Free parking on site and a large buffet breakfast. Quiet and comfortable despite a small pub and dining (serving German cuisine) room in the hotel. Easily accessible from the highway and centrally located for travel into Dusseldorf and the greater Essen region."
