"The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was very clean! However it did cost me $42 for 2 coffee w cream, and 2 small bowls of fruit salad. Felt that was excessive Staff was very nice, super helpful! "

"I had a great time and so did my dog :) it’s a very big hotel, easy to get lost but my dog and I enjoyed our stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Valet parking was super easy!"

"Rooms on the higher floors are very warm. Uncomfortable sleeping temperatures and the air conditioning isn’t functioning during the season because it’s not summer. So unfortunately you are unable to control the temperature of your room. Our room was 24.5 degrees Celsius when we arrived and adjusting the temperature to a lower setting would only increase the temperature because the vents were blowing out warmer air regardless. Opening the window had little affect on the temperature and just made me end up getting sick. During our stay we ended up getting a room change and during that room change had a jacket and wallet vanish from our room closet. The bell man fetched our items and left the jacket in the closet. No one else entered the room except for a cleaner and they didn’t leave with anything according the footage. But when we entered the room after to look ourselves the room was never cleaned. Garbage wasn’t emptied. Bed never made. But our jacket and wallet gone. We have had absolutely no help from the staff or Expedia on this matter. The only thing we get told is that no one seen it. But we were robbed during our stay. So unfortunately I can’t say it was the best stay."

"We stayed here one night after a concert at Danforth. Staff were amazing and even were able to upgrade us to a larger room without asking. 2 bedroom suite was excellent with 2 large bedrooms and large living room, kitchen, and dining space. We also got the breakfast rate which included fresh, delicious breakfast at a cute cafe across the steet. Would stay here again! "
