Hilton Berlin
Was asked to pay 15 euros to use the sauna (the pool and gym were apparently ‘complimentary’). Since when does an expensive hotel charge me for part of the fitness center?! A shameless cash grab.

Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade
Once was, a grand hotel. Restaurants they list on website close early and though they claim having 4 restaurants I never saw more than one open. Furniture in room was worn. AC in room didn't work. Very few outlets in room. Cousins to be smoke free property, everytime I walked up to main entrance ...
