"Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money So over all it was terrible 👎"

"WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...

"Clean room, magnificent views of the Twin Towers, KL Tower and TRX. This is our second stint, and we will definitely be back."

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."
