"This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops. One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine...

"The room had smell, there was trash outside my room as well. The facilities are not properly maintained. The area is not safe for lady travellers as it is very quiet at night. One time there was a man trying to force open the lobby door when my friend was alone at night. I reported to the receptionist and she informed workers to keep a lookout for us. The hotel is very near to MRT KENTOMEN and its affordable. Good if u stay in large groups but i dont recommend if u are worried about safety. The...
