"The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through."

"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. "Everything was unique about Rinoterra. Starting with the Rinocerous figures found around the property and story that named the place. Staff was fantastic, we were treated so well that we felt we were the only guests at Rinoterra. Breakfast was superb. We only had dinner once and remember it well because it was excellent. "
