"This is a relatively new property with amazing sea views and a great breakfast spread. But that is the only positive. The housekeeping is below par. The front office is often manned by newly recruited staff who are clueless and do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage guests, Our room (upgraded 1st day room and subsequent room the next day) had a stream of red ants all over the room.
