Hello,We aren’t aware of denying any cancelations at the hotel during a snow storm. We do not do that. But as you are reviewing on a 3rd party site I’m assuming that is how you booked? If so it could be that the hotel did not deny the refund. It could be that the 3rd party denied it do to their policies. Unfortunately with these types of bookings the hotel does not have the ability to cancel nor change these, only the company booked with can. I hope this helps you choose how you book in the future! Thank you for sharing your experience! Unfortunately, we are not listed as pet friendly online, instead online it says we are not pet friendly. This saves us from a lot of confusion such as this, as we have just a couple of room we can allow pets in. We do recommend when traveling with a pet that you call any hotel directly to verify their pet policies. Thank you again!

Thank you for your review! We actually just finished converting this property from a different franchise entirely to the Comfort Inn & Suites. That entailed a compete renovation! Everything is the hotel is new! It was a long process but we are happy it is completed and turned out beautifully! We hope to see you again!

Thank you for reviewing our hotel! The majority of the time our guest laundry facility is sufficient. It really isn't used enough for us to expand it. But if we do run into issues more in the future we will definitely take that into consideration! Thanks again for your review!
