"First time we stay at this hotel. The property was clean and appeared well kept. Our room was also very clean as was the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to leave a one hundred dollar deposit, we found that a bit unusual and our room was extremely cold. We had to turn on the heater.... and it was 97 degrees outside. The breakfast seemed "ok", we went to Denny's instead."

"I pulled up to what I seen vs what I got. The first room we had smelled of smoke with dirty sheets on the bed. The towels were dirty as well. They moved us to another room and it smelled better looked better didn’t have a fridge or a microwave tho they said due to remodel. The air conditioning ran ice cold."

"When we first arrived late at night (with reservations and a phone call to confirm and say we would be late), hotel staff was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby. Got to the room, and it was 82 degrees! The AC had not been on. It smelled very musty and took all night for it to cool down. Beds were good enough, shower was good enough. There was peeling paint in many places, electrical plus were not flush with the wall, and there was a large chunk of paint...

"We went for a weekend of baseball. The pool was not clean. The water was green with algae. After a long day of baseball the boys wanted to swim but weren’t able to due to the swamp water. Also, our restroom smelled like sewage. For the price we payed over the few days it was not worth the stay."

"The hotel just reopened so the amenities were close (the bar) the key didn’t work so I had to go back and a few times to the front desk The person next door was loud all night and they knew who we were talking about but couldn’t do nothing about it"

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

"The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
