"I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment."

"The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it."

"My partner and I enjoy the hot tub and the breakfast. The room had an odor or urine in the carpet. There were also ants visible by the sofa. The ice machine was out of order and there wasn't a posted sign. The batteries in the remote for the TV need to be changed for room 228. I always request a first floor room in my reservation and I am always told the hotel is booked and I was assigned what was available. I have a disable placard and when I arrived there were two spots blocked with the...

"This is a wonderful hotel. So conveniently located. Lovely staff. Funky arts vibe including lots of original art. Staff was responsive to an initial glitch and upgraded our stay in response without being asked."

"Room was good for the price. Bathroom was cleaned like a man would clean. Floors throughout were rough - dirty & stained. Bed was clean but well used mattresses. None of the lamp outlets worked on either side of the bed. Coffee was good but you had to go downstairs to get it. Little frig worked great. Clientele was on the rough side - loud at 4:30am. Sketchy. Probably won't go back."

"Just stayed for one night. Travelled with family including young children and elderly parents. Premium suite provided the option to stay together with 2 separate bedrooms. I feel the photos looked much better than actuals. I was expecting more than what I experienced."

"We love you resort we’ve been there many times it’s always clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome. The amenities are awesome. We love the pools. However, the only issue here is the restaurant. This is the second time we’ve came and we could not get service the first time we were sat at the table and no one came to us for 20 minutes so we left and now this time we were told it would be 45 minute wait when there was nobody in there both times we took our business to outback"
