"Prima voor elkaar"

"This hotel will be our new home from home. We tried different hotels in the area in the past. It is elegant, clean, great staff, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We stayed in Unit 10, which has a loft with a beautiful bathtub and high ceilings. The double head shower was fantastic as well. We seriously don't have anything bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. If you are worried about the lack of a receptionist desk, which I was, don't be! The door keys will be on my our phone...

"Compleet en Goed ontbijt, Vriendelijk personeel, 1 personeelslid sprak geen Nederlands, 1 personeelslid gebrekkig Nederlands. Kamer was goed. Zachte bedden. Kleine badkamer maar fijne douche."

"Host ended my trip one day early. They also pressured me to enter the apartment for inspections even after everything was working perfectly. One night, I came back around 22:00 and several people were locked out of the building. Required me to do my own cleaning and emptying of trash. I do not recommend Alphabet Apartments. "

"Hotel is great and well located. Check in confusing. Key card sent to the phone but I never got any specifics to that fact and I could only sort this out with a phone call once onsite. Otherwise great place. "

"War alles in Ordnung. 4* na ja. Zimmer waren Sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.Jedoch hinter den Heizkörpern am Fenster herrscht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Hier ist schon seit ewig nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Vor lauter Spinnfäden und Staub sieht man den Boden nicht, bei einem Spalt von ca. 10 cm"

"The property had a really great front desk appeal but that’s where it ended. It looked like a motel. The room lighting was dark, the towels were rough and had loose strings like they were old. The hallway leading up to the room had no appeal. The room was small just a bed, a mini closet, a tiny desk, a hook for your coat. The walls were scratched and needed painting. The decorative pillows had seen many years. The bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom not like a hotel bathroom. I was...

"Alles prima geregeld zeer goed ontbijt , kamers mooi schoon en huisdier vriendelijk"

"Lift doesn't work which is understandable but there is nobody at reception to try to help guests which is absolutely unacceptable. We have a big luggage we have to move it from level 4 through stairs. lucky we are just at level 4. There is a convenient store but prices are over double of normal price. Ask them to call a taxi to centraal which i checked rated $30 by Uber but they charged us $70."
