"It was understaffed. We were there 4 nights and got no towel change until we called front desk and learned you have to call front desk to get one. I said there’s no notice in room to that effect. "The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. "Great place to stay and even though it is next to the highway, it's somewhat remote. Doors get locked at night and I felt comfortable with the vehicle in the parking lot at night without worrying about it. Clean room and bathroom along with a decent breakfast menu, especially for a hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this facility."
