"Overall bad experience!! The quality of the room was not the same as pictured in the website. I was very disappointed when I arrived to our room as i expected it to be nice. The building was run down and everything was dirty. From the moment we walked in the floor, bed, celing and bathroom were dirty. It did not meet our expectations. "The hot tub was broke, and I didn't use the pool. My only complaint is that there was no in house person to take any problems to. We had a bathroom cabinet with a broken hinge, and the drain in the master bath was very slow draining. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go again for that room and that view! It is awesome.
