"Need clean room after each night"

"The front desk and all other staff were so kind and smiling and just happy in general. The rooms were clean and comfortable (probably the best hotel bed we’ve ever slept on actually) and didn’t feel as loud or chaotic as many hotels often feel. Overall a fun and great atmosphere!! (They even pulled out board games when the weather took a sad turn on Sunday morning to help us entertain ourselves and kiddos till it cleared up and we could hit the beach again)! ❤️"

"Room was pretty clean. No carpet is a huge plus. Simple furnishings including a bed that can be cleaned under. Nice updated shower. We would stay there again."

"The floors were sticky, lamps had what appeared to be mold, bed frame was broken; felt like was going to fall off if rolled wrong. Furniture was stained and nasty. Booked well in advance for 2 nights. Left the first day came back that evening and our key fob would not work because the front desk only programmed it for one night. Just a very uncomfortable stay. We originally booked here because it had wonderful reviews, I feel that this is very misleading and wanted people to know our experience....

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The property suffers from a severe lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and accuracy in what is advertised and paid for in advance. Severe Bathroom & Hygiene Issues: The restroom was in awful condition. There was a broken, sharp porcelain tile on the floor, posing a clear safety hazard. That I cut my foot on. Worse, the pest control is non-existent—we had roaches crawling directly out of the bathtub and ants all over the walls. Dilapidated...
