"Cottage was very clean and supplied with essentials. HEB is 1 mile away which is helpful. Would have been nice if there paper plates, charcoal and lighter fluid, and basic condiments were provided. Great location, quiet and family friendly. 10 out of 10 I recommend."

"Perfect location, right across from the Bay. The cabin was well stocked with eveything you needed. Its a lovely property. Very private. We had an awesome stay. "

"Great affordable stay just outside of Rockport/Fulton! Neighborhood is quiet and not quite “secluded” but felt that way. Beware of abundant mosquitoes, especially in the mornings and evenings. But would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"It was an amazing stay. The property was close enough to everything in town and close enough to the highway leading to the island. I could not have asked for a better experience. "

"We really enjoyed our time here! My family fished off the back deck for a good portion of the trip. It was about 5 miles from Rockport's public beach access. Our party had 9 people and we stayed here 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Of note, the third bedroom with the bunkbeds was a separate downstairs room from the house, with a separate entrance, key, and bathroom. This room also has a small AC unit and remains much warmer than the rest...

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The water was kind of low when we went but my son still caught a small drum. We also went to the fulton pier which was 12 minutes away. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back in the future."
