"Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!"
"Hotel was close to Warsaw Central station. Lots of dining options nearby and it’s in a very walkable area. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and omelets made to order. Our room was very spacious and clean and we had a good bird’s eye view of the street."
"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rest is definitely a case of style over substance. The prices are exorbitant given the quality of the rooms. I was personally sold a substandard room with no electricity for 250 euros. As compensation, I was given a drink at the bar, which is laughable. The rooms are run-down, and the biggest downside is the snooty and rude staff. Underground parking this is a joke. Driving down level 2 is a nightmare because narrow descent"
