"We left early for the day when we got back early evening. Our room wasn’t clean. Bed not changed and no clean towels For what we paid we expected that to be done When I called front desk she was very ignorant about it Even then it took another 2 hrs for someone to come clean out room Most likely will never stay there again "

"The rooms are a bit dated and we were put on a lower floor which made it hard to have a full view of the falls. Breakfast food was good, but we waited for a long time to be seated even when we saw empty tables in the restaurant."

"Excellent hotel for a stay at Niagara Falls. Close to all the action and wonderful views of the American Falls and river. Worth paying the extra money for a river view room. Room was enormous, clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but would have liked some fresh juices, cold meats and cheese as an option. Would definitely recommend a stay here"

"Considering the low price, the stay here is always comfortable, good breakfast, free parking, spacious room (staying on the "inside" area of the building preferred) and now bonus... there is a restaurant on site. For the money, you can't ask for more. "
