"The Hilton in the Falls is a very good hotel to stay at. I always stay at this hotel when I’m in town. Unfortunately this time I might take my business elsewhere. I’ve stayed there over 50 times I was charged $100 a night for parking. There was a concert there for both nights I stayed. Which I never attended the concert but still paid the $100 fee for parking. Why would they make guest pay that much even though some guest might not be attending the concert. For the $200 I paid for 2 nights of parking I can go to another hotel and stay there and not pay for parking even. It’s really disappointing that this hotel doesn’t really care about the guests feeling valued at their hotel. Taking advantage of the situations is what this hotel is doing."

"Room was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower pressure excellent. Front desk staff nice, polite and helpful - loaned us a phone charger. Lots of outlets to plug in your electronics. View of Niagara Falls from I HOP in the hotel was amazing. Would definitely book again when we return to Niagara Falls. Also, well-priced, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up. Some of the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the tub had scratch and cigarette burn marks on it. There was plenty of hot water though, and it didn't take long for it to arrive."
