"Check in was smooth. Front desk staff very accomodating. View of the ocean is stunning! Lobby is emaculate. Room was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Breakfast was great! Thank you again Pullman for accomodating my last minute stay! I've been coming to this hotel since the early 2000's. Never disappoints!"

The bed was tiny, the bedding itchy, and noise began at 6 am, as it’s on a very busy street, with car horns and alarms. "The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious."
