I didn’t get to visit the gym or bar to comment. It can be a little noisy at the corridor area when you’re in the room and doors opening and closing can be quite startling but not enough to wake you.

We have nothing but compliments to share about Terrou-Bi — every interaction reflected true five-star service.
We spent most of our time relaxing on the private beach and by the swimming pool, enjoying the comfort of the Bali beds. The setting is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained — a perfect escape.

"Breakfast goes until 10:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m., the only food left was bread.
The fitness center does not have any equipment that actually works.
Things were broken in the room.

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect.
The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good.
I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far.
A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.
We will gladly return."
