"Room was a little damp as expected for a cave hotel but clean. The staff was excellent, very attentive, thoughtful, and spoke good English. We had to leave for the airport early (before their breakfast time) but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches for us."

"The location was magical. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was beyond exceptional. But the service was unbelievable and what made the visit so memorable. Rose and Burak made us feel like family. Michel -the manager- was ever present and provided outstanding support. If you are in Cappadocia you must stay at Artemis Cave Suites."

"The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! "

"景観が良く可愛らしい洞窟ホテルで、繁華街からも近すぎず遠すぎず、気球のウォッチングポイントも近所で、大変満足しました。 秀逸なのは朝食バイキングで、定番／日替わりメニューともに大変美味しく、朝起きるのが楽しみでした。 部屋に備え付けのワインオープナーが壊れていたことと、エアコンのリモコンが作動しなかったことなど、ちょっとした問題はありましたが、すぐに快くフロントが対応してくれて好感が持てました。 再びカッパドキアに来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。"
