"Staff, location, and the apartment were all 10/10!
Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed.
I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter...

"The room was amazing. Very spacious, clean, modern amenities with a historic/antique atmosphere. Numa was a great company to work with. Their app is very easy to use. "It was a great place, staff outstanding the room super clean although must understand it’s an historical building with frescoes and so the paint seems old. Everything was perfect and more. If I’ve to go to Florence I definitely go there again"

"Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time.
Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly.
Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily.
Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all.
Strongly recommend for this place. "
