"The front desk staff were very busy checking-in people because of the on going conference with almost 700 attendees and and there were only 2 two them, the hotel did not provide additional staff to assist them."

"Staff was helpful and courteous. However, room service and cleaning staff were roaming through the halls late into the night speaking in loud voices and banging. This made it difficult to sleep. Food at the restaurant was overpriced and waited a long time for food with subpar service. Airport shuttle is convenient and makes transit to and from the airport stress free"

"The food"

"Clean and still new"

"Very convenient to travel from city center and go to MXP airport by train. If only they have refrigerator in the room. They are perfect for the price"

"Our stay at Hotel Ungheria was great! Good room with airco, facilities, great breakfast and excellent helpfull service throughout. A spotless and very well run family hotel. Varese itself is lovely, as well as centrally located, especially if you like to travel by public transport. Milan, Como, Lugano and more are nearby, including Lake Varese (cycle lane around it), Villa Panza and Sacro Monte. Fully recommended."

"Staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Good location and cheap shuttle for the airport which is good. Hotel is just in a need of a renovation, which is not the staff's fault, aside from that, a pleasant stay."

"The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and the rooms had everything a guest would want. The bathroom was small, vut very well designed, and had everything. shower, sink, all very rationally organized so cone could use everything conveniently. The hotel also has its restaurant, which has very good food indeed, with very ample portions. The staff was extremely helpful, and, when they heard I was getting up before their regular breakfast began, they gave me a little breakfast box for...

"Premetto che la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check-in è stata di una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità davvero straordinarie. Persone come lei sono una rarità e meriterebbero di essere valorizzate molto di più. È stata senza dubbio l'unica nota davvero positiva del nostro soggiorno. Per il resto, purtroppo, un'esperienza decisamente deludente. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era diversa da quella mostrata nelle fotografie al momento della prenotazione. Avevamo prenotato una camera...

"Be careful if you accidentally book them several times they will not refund."

"Convenience of airport shuttle was clutch. Also one of the best dinners we had our entire trip"
