"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."

"Great little hotel if you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay near Heraklion airport. You are not downtown at all, but there is a more commercial street close by (few minutes by foot) with restaurants, and a few basic necessity shops. "A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean.
