"Property is located at the best area in the Town if you want to have relaxed time. The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge. "A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean.
