"The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a triple room which was two single beds and a futon. The futon was so uncomfortable with two metal bars across it. Breakfast was not included in the room so you had to pick off a menu and pay for each item separately so was expensive. Also no alternative to sourdough bread which was very hard. Overall the stay was OK but I would not return. "

"First up, the photo of this property is entirely inaccurate. It isn’t merely that the photo is of the property a while ago - it is a photo of a different house altogether. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well.

"Firstly, this hotel lies on its website. The water is not from Blenheim Palace it is ice Valley from Tesco. The furniture in the room is not mango wood it is chipboard. There was no powerful mixer shower but a fine mist coming out of a plastic showerhead. The room we ended up with looked nothing like the pictures and more like the Travelodge from 1980. We were not impressed at all as the bed wasn’t long enough. There was an iron mark that had melted the carpet, a simple rug would’ve covered...
