"The staffs are helpful, friendly and speak English well. The room is big and comfortable even for four adults. The ryokan includes 1 hot pool and 1 cold pool indoor, 2 hot pools out door. The view of mount Fuji from outdoor pool is fantastic! There is also a sauna room included. The breakfast is great! A downside is that the futon is old and clumpy.
