We loved this hotel best so far on our 22 day trip around Sweden. Breakfast was awesome, coffee anytime of the day in the lobby and GREAT help at the front desk to show us what to see downtown and how to use the water taxis! Highly recommend!

Staff at the hotel were pleasant to deal with. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic comforts plus a large balcony. There is a bus that connects you to the city centre and a connect tram gets you to Haga. An uber is also a convenient option! Outside the hotel there is a grocery store but since our room didn't have a kitchenette it was of limited use. I would advise hiring a car for longer stays. Thanks for having us!

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und liegt in der Nähe der Ablegestelle der Fähre. Fußläufig sind verschiedene Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Hotel stammt vermutlich aus den 70er bzw. 80er Jahren, ist groß und hat großzügige Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass um in die Stadtmitte zu kommen, entweder die Fähre (am besten mit einem Tagespass) oder das Auto zu nehmen ist.

Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Toll war, dass man sich zu jederzeit kostenlos Kaffee holen konnte. Es bestand die Möglichkeit unten in den Räumen neben der Lobby verschiedene Spiele wie z.B. Billiard zu spielen. 2 kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe, Busverbindung im 10 Minutentakt direkt ins Zentrum war super.

Jag trivs alltid bra på Hotell 11 Har varit en frekvent besökare i affärer, mässor och privat. Dock skulle vi få vougers till restaurangen, men den var stängd den dagen 29/6 2025. Super härliga sängar ,fina rum osv. Inget att klaga över☺️

Varmt och minutanpassning på frukost

Hotellet är helt ok men med två stora minus. Vårt rum låg mot solsida på morgonen och från 5 på morgonen gick det inte att sova, rummet var stekhett och AC kunde inte kyla i samma takt som rummet värmdes upp. Så det blev korta nätter. Man måste anmäla frukosttid. Exakt. Vi angav 8-8.15-ish och fick till svar att de opererar inte med ”ish”. Antingen fick vi välja 7.30 eller 8.15. Hade vi tur kanske personalen kunde släppa in oss nån minut tidigare om vi kom ner vid 8.10. Aldrig varit med om tidigare och då har jag 30+ hotellnätter per år senaste 20 åren. Det här hotellet väljer jag inte igen.

Rummen var rymliga och bra för 3 personer. Men det behövs lite ny färg på väggar och karmar och nya golv. Väldigt slitna ytskikt. Frukosten kunde man serverats tidigare än 07.30. Frukosten var varierande i kvalitet. Skapligt bra med varm mat. Ostbullarna var goda. Apelsinjuicen smakade vatten.

En övernattning i en historisk miljö.

Jag valde detta hotell för att det var prisvärt och låg nära resans mål. Platsen är fantastisk och gamla verkstadsbyggnader har kompletterats med en fin stadsbebyggelse. Frukosten är lagom. Det som jag önskade fanns i buffén.
