Property was in a great location and there was a supermarket ver close by. Easy walk to everywhere. Apartment was very clean and spacious! Loved the duvets!!! One night we went to the restaurant for dinner but our son wasnt well and they sent us room service which was sooo lovely!!! Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great huge selection. Overall was a great stay had an awesome time. Perfect for families our little boy had his own room!

Hjelpsomme og seriøse

Vi fikk en dårlig start med at bookingen ikke var registrert i systemet på hotellet. Leiligheten jeg hadde booket var derfor opptatt når vi kom. Ansatte var hjelpsomme og tilbydde oss overnatting i et mindre rom slik at vi fikk sovet det likevell. Det ble absolutt ikke slik vi hadde tenkt oss, men hotellet gjorde alt de kunne for å ordne opp. Vi fikk kompensasjon og jeg er veldig fornøyd med service og kundebehandlingen. Feil kan skje, og det var fryktelig dumt når det skjedde, men måten hotellet ordnet opp er det ingenting negativt å si om. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste!

Ok

Vi bodde i en leilighet med to soverom og stue/kjøkken. Standarden var bra med stort sett det man trenger i en leilighet. Parkeringsmulighetene var dårlige, vi ba om parkering da vi bestilte, men da vi kom fikk vi beskjed om at dette ikke var blitt registrert. De var heldigvis en parkering over gaten, men den kostet 20 kr per time og 2 kr på natten, noe som blir en del i løpet av fem dager. Ellers ligger hotellet font til i nærhet til både sentrum av Gøteborg og Haga. Frokosten var også grei, men ikke mer.
