ReaÄșly not suited for short term stays ... maybe for longer renting periods but the apparments are really bare and it feels super uncomfortable. Next to that there were a lot of broken things, weird layouts and uncomfortable set ups in my appartment,

Don't choose this hotel!

We booked accommodation for three adults. One of us couldn't sleep because the sofa bed turned out to be a mattress directly on the floor with a wooden beam in the middle. The staff apologized, saying they had heard about this before!! No compensation! At 11:30 PM, we got an extra thin mattress. The ceiling height in the loft was so low that we hit our heads, and the staircase up was very difficult to climb as it was far too steep. The AC sounded like a storm.

I was feeling positive about this hotel because it had good reviews and the pictures looked gorgeous but sadly that wasn't reality. I arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delays, and the reception desk was hard to find and the experience felt odd. The staff were lovely, but the whole places was hard to find my way around... it looked nothing like the pictures - quite lackluster unfortunately. The room, once I found it, I hate to say, but it gave the atmosphere of a motel. I booked well in advance so was confused as to how it could be so dirty. The bedding was cheap and white and looked like it had been slept in already. The furniture was also very cheap and poorly kept - I have a feeling this company spent most of their money on advertising because I just cannot believe how different it was to the pictures. It was tiny, which I could have coped with, but there were large stains on 2/3 seats of the sofa which did not look appealing to sit on, the shower looked like someone pooped in it... there was black dirt around the inside of the windows when opened, so one could tell it had not been properly maintained for a very considerable amount of time. Thankfully I had a friend with me to help with checking in, but I was alone I don't know how I would have coped. And this was visiting in summer where you would expect things to be more beautiful. I had no choice but to stay there the first night, but I sadly could barely handle that. Nothing felt clean. ):

The family studio was nicely equipped with all the essentials and located near the water, which was a great way to wake up. Unfortunately, the positives end there, and the stay was quite inconvenient otherwise. One of the studios we booked (we reserved two) was on the third floor without any elevator access. This information was not shared by either the hotel or Expedia, which was a major letdown and a great inconvenience. I was assigned this studio, and my mother, who has knee issues and difficulty climbing stairs, accompanied me. When I contacted the reception to request a change to a ground floor studio or one with elevator access, I was told that while there were empty studios available, they were not cleaned, despite our arrival being after 10 PM, well past the official check-out time, which should have allowed ample time to clean the studios. If the hotel or Expedia had informed us that they could not provide a studio on the ground floor or with elevator access, I would have canceled the booking and chosen another accommodation. This was a significant letdown.

We stayed with our Australien shepherd for 3 nights. It was a really good place to stay but not really prepared to host a Dog there. The Stairs to reach the top level were really steep and none of us (we are both 1,67m tall) could stand upright in the sleeping area. The AC is a little moody so if heating up its sauna upstairs and still cold downstairs. Still we liked it there and would stay again

Boendet bestÄr av en sovdel byggt pÄ ett entresolplan vilket gör att det blir mycket lÄgt i tak och dÀrav slÄr man i huvudet regelbundet. Möblerna sÄsom soffa och sÀngar var av mycket lÄg kvalitet, lÄngt under vad man kan förvÀnta sig av ett hotell. Toalettdörren gick ej att lÄsa. I övrigt bra boende.

Dejligt ophold til prisen

Lejligheden var rigtig fin og havde det, vi havde brug for til et 3 dages ophold. Den var ogsÄ et godt udgangspunkt for udflugter til bÄde Göteborg centrum og til den svenske skÊrgÄrd. Eneste minus var, at vi havde betalt for seaview, men at vi mÄtte til at vaske vinduerne fri af fedtede hÄnd- og armaftryk indvendigt for at kunne nyde udsigten - de var meget snavsede. Udvendigt var de ogsÄ snavsede af saltvand, men det var trods alt mere forventeligt. Dette trÊkker ned pÄ vores vurdering af rengÞringen, men det skal siges, at rengÞringen derudover var rigtig fin.

Praktische Unterkunft m. Parkplatz & Waschtrockner

Check-in unkompliziert, allerdings zu wenig und enge ParkplĂ€tze vor Rezeption. Schotterwege und Baustelle am Parkplatz. Gardine sehr knapp, keine Bedienungsanleitung fĂŒr Waschmaschine. Bedienung nicht logisch. GerĂ€umiges Zimmer mit KĂŒchenzeile und GeschirrspĂŒler. Tabs vorhanden-sehr positiv. WĂ€schestĂ€nder fĂŒr sensible WĂ€sche wĂ€re schön, gibt es aber nicht, da es ja einen Waschtrockner gibt. Ausleihe an der Rezeption wĂ€re toll. MĂŒlltrennung erklĂ€rt fĂŒr AuslĂ€nder wĂ€re toll. ErklĂ€rende Mails kamen verspĂ€tet (nach Check-in und nach Abreise) vorher wĂ€re traumhaft. Nachfrage an der Rezeption, ob es Restaurants im Umfeld gibt (ggf. Empfehlung) wurde Googlesuche empfohlen. Hatte ich schon, aber gut. Insgesamt hĂ€tte es im Bad etwas sauberer sein können. So romantisch und mit tollem Blick wie die Unterkunft auf den Fotos dargestellt wird, ist es definitiv nicht. Praktisch gelegen fĂŒr FĂ€hrĂŒberfahrt und fĂŒr 1-2 NĂ€chte zum WĂ€sche waschen ok. LĂ€ngerer Aufenthalt nicht.

Lovely hotel

Ville helt bestemt anbefale at man betaler for seaview. Vi synes desvĂŠrre ikke billederne pĂ„ siden viste ordenligt hvilken smuk udsigt det er, sĂ„ vi bookede bare almindelig view, men da vi ankom upgradede vi til sea view, det har sĂ„ hyggeligt. Det er ikke sidste gang vi vil benytte os af dette hotel. Der var rent og nydeligt, flot indretning og alt hvad man lige manglede! Det eneste var dog at vi rejste med vores 2 en halv Ă„rig, sĂ„ enten mĂ„tte vi sove sammenklemt i sengen eller forĂŠldre mĂ„tte sove adskilt, sĂ„ rejseklspvogn vil jeg helt sikkert selv huske hvis ens barn ikke vil sove “langt” fra en. Bonus til familier er at der er den fedeste legeplads lige ved siden af. Personalet var sĂ„ venlige og virkelig hjĂŠlpsomme! Vi er sĂ„ positivt overrasket
