"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "

Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"Not worth the price. The room temperature was hard to regulate. There was an espresso machine but no regular coffee machine. No bottled water, just absurdly priced drinks and snacks. A restaurant in the building charged a "facilities fee" in addition to the dining charges. The hotel added an "incidentals" charge of $195 to the bill "in case" I bought "incidentals", which I didn't. I'm still waiting for the refund."
