"The room was spacious and had an incredible view with a tiny balcony overlooking the sea and the fortress. The staff were so nice and helpful, especially the gentleman in the breakfast room who got me decaf every day The hotel is on one end of the Spaniarda Square, a short five minute walk to the center of things but quiet. The hotel is old-fashioned but that is its charm; everything was clean and in working order. And breakfast was very good; so plentiful we didn't eat again until late afternoon every day. I don't think there is a better place to stay in Corfu Old Town!"

"The location of this hotel was great, and it was easy to rent a car and drive around the island of Corfu. The staff were very helpful. We rented one of the villas, which was very roomy and spacious. However, the villa did not look like the pictures on the website, it appears they photographed their villa with the nicest ground and promoted that as all villas, so this is something to be aware of. Further, to get to the villas there is something like 200 plus stairs so you are required to use an elevator to go up. The elevator had a mechanical pulley system and was quite small and rickity. Twice during our stay the elevator was out of order; luckily once we were going down and the other time they brought a golf cart to pick us up. I am surprised it wasn't mentioned in prior reviews. However, I do believe this is one of the nicer hotels on the island, as we heard from a lot of other travellers and taxi drivers."

"Beautiful hotel. Bedrooms are slightly dated now, but kept clean and tidy. A very nice relaxed vibe. Very friendly staff around the resort and hotel. Food and drinks are great quality. Branded spirits and hand made cocktails. Amazing service."

"We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating. "

"Lovely hotel. Great setting. Positioned near to bus route so easy to get back and to to corfu town cheap to do so. €2.50 each way. Hotel a little dated but great. The cleaner was great. The only english tv channel was intermitted bbc news that only worked 30% of the time. Yes i would go again but I would take my fire stick view from room/ apartment was great. The apartment had loads of room and had all the amenities i needed. "
