Kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view, nice rooftop pool and bar, everyone was so accommodating and the rooms are spacious. The first room I had was a bit dated, could use updating especially the bathroom fixtures, but the staff gladly moved me to a nicer room on a higher floor which made a big difference. "The hotel and service are excellent and the location is fabulous. A couple of suggestions to make it even better: 1. The shower in our room (804) leaks flooding the bathroom. Could this be fixed? 2. Coffee and tea facilities as well as a paper tissue box are standard amenities that were missing. 3. The hotel is by the beach, yet there is no shower or even a tap by the entrance, forcing guests to enter the lobby and their rooms covered in sand. 4.
