Seul hic le restaurant, service nul, bouffe moyenne, déjeuner nul, personnels aucun sourire, ne semble pas avoir 3nvie de travailler. "I had an oceanfront room and this was an exceptional stay.
From the check in assistance by Julia at the front desk, to Gustavo at my check out, I had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt for 4 days and I'd definitely be back here again. I am very sensitive to noise and even though the oceanfront room is by the avenue, the soundproofing of the balcony door was so superb, once you close it, the whole noise of the outer world is away from you.
