"We usually stay close to the river, but the noise and late-night activity make it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the parking fees are outrageous. This was our first time staying here, and unless something changes in the future, this will be our new yearly spot! It was clean, peaceful, had beautiful scenery, and best of all—FREE parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!"

When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late. When we checked in, we were given a room with two small beds instead of the king that we reserved. The woman that worked the desk was rude...

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"Breakfast can be way better. Only had a few granola bars and coffee no juice or water for children we traveled with 2 young children and no iron in the room had to go ask for one staff friendly."

"I had a very important surgery the following morning and I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM. I did not sleep all night. There was a woman screaming like crazy. Worst hotel experience and worst night.!! I will definitely not be back. And the worst part is when we told management there was nothing that could be done."

"The elevator was a little slow and a little rickety. The staff was not friendly check-in totake me forever. They didn't like like that, but I used Expedia. They gave me a really hard time about the price of us to pay.My reservations wasn't easy to find for them.Check in was awful"
