"I found bed bugs and asked for new sheets, which also had bug debris. The whole building smelled so bad I left for the airport an additional 2 hours early. The room was just gross. Half of the buttons on the remote didn't work. The light socket in the bathroom was broken. Just all around, probably the worse accommodations i've ever had. If I were to give it a price, I think I'd maybe pay $10 if I had to stay there. I returned to the hotel after my trip around 11:30pm and seriously considered...

"The staff was AMAZING! Definitely eat at The Piper, breakfast was great! Loved the location and the room was very comfortable! "Priced reasonable compared to others but their are not many amenities. There was not shampoo or a hair dryer in the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for them. Never had to do that before. Staff was pleasant. No breakfast but they do offer coffee until noon."

"The room smelt like urine and the cleaner used to clean up dog pee stains, at least I hope it was dog pee. The rooms over looked borders homes with piles of garbage. The bathroom had a barn door right next to the bed and you could see a person on the toilet from all of the beds. Terrible hotel, I have stayed in motel 6’s that were better, way overpriced not worth it."

"This is an old hotel and so our room lacked outlets and charging ports, especially near the bed where you need them the most. It had great room-darkening drapes, though.
The front-desk staff were not the friendliest or most helpful, but the shuttle drivers were very helpful.
The restaurant is terrible and I can't recommend it. Poor food and worse service (grossly understaffed)."
